today was a very low key day. we just putzed around the apartment and played with the kids most of the morning. josh took the kids to the pool while i ran out to get some lunch, and then we all had a super-lazy afternoon that included a nap for EVERYONE. i love naps!
this evening, we all walked down to the playground at the zoo and had a ball until it was time to walk home for dinner. this is the first time josh has taken this walk with us, and he was as astounded at some of the scenery as we have been. it's really a very beautiful walk and relatively easy. i feel silly for ever having taken a taxi to the zoo.

after both kids were swaddled, we set them up to race each other...this lasted only a few seconds before they were protesting loudly ;-p
